HEALTH GUARANTEE, REFUND POLICY

Health Guarantee,  Refund Policy

Genetic Health Guarantee

*We (the seller) guarantee that to the best of our knowledge that the puppy you have purchased is a very happy and healthy puppy free of any congenital issues for up to 1 year from the date of sale.(unless otherwise stated and agreed upon between the seller and buyer). The puppy is up to date on vaccinations and deworming as recorded and health examined by our family licensed veterinarian. It is our responsibility to make sure the parents of our puppies are in good health so we can raise healthy puppies. It is the buyer's responsibility now to take care of your puppy to insure it to have a happy and healthy life.

*This health guarantee only covers genetic issues.

*This health guarantee does not cover health conditions that can happen to all dogs, such as inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, giardia, coccidia, parvo, cherry eye, hypoglycemia, ear mites, fleas, ticks, lice, demodex mange, hair loss,bordetella or any parasites.. as they can pick them up during transport.

*To ensure the health guarantee the buyer is responsible to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of  receiving your puppy, and buyer is responsible for all veterinarian bills.

*If the buyer does not have the puppy examined or does not have documentation of examination then this health guarantee is considered void and buyer is responsible for the puppy's health and all expenses.

*If the puppy does not pass the initial required veterinarian examination or has any genetic or hereditary disorders then you will be eligible for a refund.

*In order to be eligible for a refund the buyer will have to provide written documentation, and test results from 2 licensed veterinarians and any other information requested from the seller. After thorough examination of all paperwork and having it looked at by our veterinarian then a final decision on refund will be made.

*In order to get a refund.. the puppy and all paperwork will need to be returned to the seller. Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian and transport expenses during this process.

*If the puppy should die within 1 year and it is determined by a necropsy report that it died from a genetic issue and written documentation is provided then you will be eligible for a refund of sale price.

 

We do not hide our policy in the small print. When you buy from Champagne Puppies you become part of our customer family and you will be treated as such. We have years of experience so give us a call any time if you need advice or would like to ask a question.  

Non refundable Deposits

We understand that paying a deposit is a risky business, scams abound and it is always best for us to meet in person and do the transaction face to face. However, that is not always possible.   Our deposits are exactly what you think it is, we mark the puppy sold on the website and keep it for you for the amount of time we (the seller and buyer)  have agreed on usually within 7-10 day timeframe (unless other arrangements have been made and agreed on). The full remaining balance is due when you receive your puppy. The buyer agrees to pick up or have the puppy transported within agreed time frame. If buyer does not pick up their puppy or have it transported within agreed timeframe.. then puppy will be resold and your deposit is forfeited. If you change your mind we will need to take new photos and get it listed again, that is why we have a deposit, to ensure that both parties are safe.  So don't ask us to return a deposit - that is not fair.  If you have questions or concerns please reach out!
